Everything Pie Bakery was born from frustration — frustration with store-bought pies that tasted like cardboard, with crusts that were more dough than flaky, with fillings that were all sugar and no soul.
So we started over. Real butter. Real fruit. Real time. We set up shop inside the East Aurora Cooperative Market because we believe food should be a community thing — not something you grab and rush through.
Today, every pie is still made the same way: slowly, carefully, and with the kind of attention that makes people stop mid-conversation when they smell it coming out of the oven.
